The problem with being a Hospital Kid with a high pain tolerance is that A) pain drugs don’t really work too well, and B) just because you can tolerate it doesn’t mean you can’t feel it. I was chanting ‘Fuck Senator Hollings’ under my breath to distract myself from the pain, which helped.
Over now, at least. MTV2 and lying down for awhile. My toe is so numbed that it doesn’t feel like I have one. Thanks a lot, traitor, I could’ve used that a half frickin’ hour ago…
