And… here we are on my shiny new website!
As promised in days of yore (see also: two days ago) I’ve rolled all my stuff under one umbrella, known as StefanGagne.com, or Stefan Gagne’s Fiction Factory. All the web novels, all the crusty old stuff, the blog, everything. What’s more, redirections are in place so any old bookmarks or links will drop you in my new home, nice and tidy.
What’s changed? Not a heck of a lot, but we have a few major new features.
- User avatars are now random characters from my writing! If you’d prefer to establish your own avatar, Gravatar.com will sort you out. You can still post anonymously!
- In the future, the VIP Club will have expanded capability… user accounts and profiles, multiple projects, and more.
- Now you can leave feedback directly on story pages, rather than on the blog!
Since I just opened the doors, there’s still dust everywhere and not all the features are in place. VIP Club isn’t working yet, notably, but it should be soon. City of Angles story pages need some template adjustments. Also I’ll be rearranging GUI elements and so on, making things 20% cooler as I go.
This should be the last major migration of my content, now that I’m not spread across a variety of servers and hostnames. It’s all StefanGagne.com from here on out. Welcome to my home. Put your feet up and relax.

Nice to see that the old things hidden from view have moved over as well, would’ve been sad to see these go (NWN modules and so on).

I haven’t linked everything in properly yet, but my goal is to make sure everything copies over. As much as I’d kinda like to leave a lot of it behind, it IS out there on the webs, so hey.
Some of the most old and obscure stuff may still be at Pixelscapes until I can copy it over. This is all pretty much a work-in-progress.

I remember panicking quite a bit when you first removed something from the main page links (AMH, although it came back again for a while) and actually went and saved it, just in case it would disappear. :D

AMH definitely falls under “things I want to leave behind.” c.c I likely will leave it up, just unlinked.

Quite understandable. Still, it’s surprisingly fun to re-read once in a while.
