Aquarius

It would be very inconvenient to live in a reality that was completely submerged in water, unless you're in Aquarius.

Aquarius consists of a network of clear plastic domes that house shopping malls, fine hotels, and amusement parks. The largest of the parks, The Aquazone, is centered around waterslides and inner tube rafting and wave pools. The irony of swimming in artificial pools when you're surrounded by water is not lost on Aquazone; tours of the custom designed coral reefs and sea life are also available.

It's definitely a novelty-style tourist world, but that doesn't mean it lacks its own population in the Residential Domes. Aquarians are largely peaceful folk with a zeal for life, and are just crazy enough to live in underwater domes. Intellectualism is quite valued, and some of the best libraries in the multiverse can be found here. Aquarians are also likely to be early adopters of technology, always wanting to try new things and live in the future to come. Several domes have been lost in technological disasters due to this risky lifestyle, but the Aquarians aren't going to let a few blunders get in the way of progress. RealWare does a brisk business selling new products here, needless to say.

Those who have tried to find the surface of the oceans of Aquarius usually are not heard from again. The Aquarian Board of Tourism recommends not ascending further than one mile. Beyond that, the reality engine programming that keeps this impossible world rolling gets unstable.
