Drome

The primary production arm of RealNet's Video Network is the reality of Drome. A giant studio lot that stretches miles in every direction, nearly all video production is performed here; all major RealNet Video based companies have head offices and facilities here. (And almost all of them are owned in part or whole by RealWare, which also owns the Reality Engine that drives Drome.)

Although spoken of in cultural legend as a home of the stars, megastars, and wannabe stars, the actual day to day affairs of the place are just like any other business. People eat, sleep, work, and collect paychecks. It only looks glamorous from the outside.

The studios responsible for the popular soap opera Love & Hate are notably located here. Its polar opposite, the Question Everything network (home of countercultural talk show The Last Word) makes it a point to locate their facilities in an Open Reality far, far away from Drome.
