Reality Engineers

The few. The proud. The Reality Engineers.

Who do you turn to when you're stuck in Safety Mode and you need your engine back online, fast? Reality Engineers! What do you do when your mobile building went askew and landed on top of a mountain in some distant reality? Call the Reality Engineers!

Most REs are employed exclusively by RealWare, and serve their top tier (and bottom tier, albeit much more slowly) clients. There are freelance REs who act as outside consultants and troubleshooters when you're in a fix and need a cheaper solution; RealWare still makes a percentage of the profit, but the competition keeps service at the ready. It's assumed that the best and the brightest work for RealWare, though, making freelancers seem shady and subpar.

Before you run around calling yourself a Reality Engineer, you must first pass the Reality Engineer Certification (REC) Test.
