When Meiko advertised needing a ranged weapons and tactics expert,
Kisei applied. Despite living under the same roof, Kisei isn't one
for interacting with the others, spending most of her downtime in
her room when not on an assignment. She only talks when she needs
to and has yet to crack a smile or even a frown during her stay. (Lorelei
has gone out of her way trying to get either of those two out of Kisei,
though.) Her weapon is a multipurpose sniper rifle capable of using
many modular add-ons and ammo types -- although since Meiko never
takes jobs that involve murder, she uses non-lethal ammo most of the
time. |
